  • March 22, 2020
    1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Join us for an interactive gardening and writing workshop with poet and speaker Jovan Mays (www.jovanmays.com). The workshop will include the construction of seed bombs, a hands-on experience that will be captured and explored in the writing workshop that follows. With creative questions and prompts, Jovan will expertly guide participants into a time of reflection and writing followed by community sharing of their work. The event will conclude with Jovan’s own poetry, connecting soil to the experience of life.
The event is $10 to cover the cost of materials and will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
