2025 May-June Recap

The Table Urban Farm is planting and thriving after the generous rainfall of May and June. Our Veggie Cooler has been filled with lettuce, cilantro, and radishes. We’ve logged well over 800 garden hours this spring. Veggie Cooler (at the Table Public House) has been open for over a month, stocked with spring greens, herbs, and radishes. We partnered with a recovery home on gardening for recovery and this will be our newest farmette. We’re grateful for the participation of Whole Foods Community Connections Volunteers, Johns Manville, HDR, and Regis Jesuit High School, neighbors, Volunteers in Police Service for their participation in the garden this spring.
